Our educational programmes are designed for young people aged 7-18. Registration for programmes involving minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for the participant.

Registration and Booking

Booking Process

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• Your request is subject to availability and confirmation
• A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion

Payment Terms

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required before the programme start date. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the programme start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Programme Participation

Attendance

Regular attendance is expected for all programme participants. If a participant misses a session, catch-up options may be available at our discretion.

Behaviour

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Supervision

Our instructors provide supervision during programme sessions only. Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation to and from sessions and for supervision outside of session times.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programme materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of rustic-wander or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
